Please note: some county-level criminal database information is automatically reported with national database information, please check list for that availability.

Investigation of records held in a county courthouse involves sending experienced individuals physically into the courthouse to pull and review records. Because of this, records will not be returned instantly. The response speed depends largely on how large the court is, how quickly the courthouse is able to provide access to the records, and how available the schedule of the court runner in that area is. Typically turnaround is 2 - 5 business days, but can take as much as 2 weeks.
